Operating Entity

Voketa is a product of Dooder Digital LLC, a limited liability company registered in Illinois, USA. References to "Voketa," "we," "us," or "our" in these Terms refer to Dooder Digital LLC.

Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Voketa—including LinkedIn profile alignment, AI-supported content, post scoring, and performance logging—you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Eligibility & Accounts

• You must be at least 18 and capable of entering a contract.
• You are responsible for safeguarding your login and for all activity under your account.
• Provide accurate information and keep it current, including billing details.

Services

• AI-supported content: Draft generation and scoring based on your prompts and pillars. You control if/when content is published to LinkedIn.
• Profile alignment: Recommendations to align your headline, summary, and experience with chosen pillars.
• Performance logging: Manual tracking of saves/comments and classification progress. Automatic analytics syncing may be enabled if LinkedIn approves the required scopes and you reconnect to consent.
• LinkedIn posting: One-click publish, draft creation, or scheduling to your LinkedIn account using the scopes you grant. We post only the content you confirm.
• Feature changes: We may add, modify, or remove features to improve the service. Material changes will be communicated when possible.

Acceptable Use

• No unlawful, deceptive, harassing, or infringing content or activity.
• No scraping, reverse engineering, or circumventing security or usage limits.
• No misrepresenting AI-supported content as endorsements or statements from others.
• No uploading sensitive data (financial account numbers, government IDs, health data) into prompts or drafts.

Content Ownership & Licenses

• Your content: You own prompts, drafts, and published posts you create with Voketa. You grant us a limited license to process that content solely to operate, secure, and improve the service.
• Platform IP: Voketa owns the software, models, and brand assets. These Terms do not grant you ownership of our IP.

Subscriptions, Billing & Taxes

• Plans renew automatically at the stated interval until canceled.
• Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period; charges already incurred are non-refundable except where required by law.
• Pricing may change; we will give notice before material increases. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
• You are responsible for applicable taxes; we may charge tax when required.

Third-Party Services

If you connect LinkedIn or other services, you authorize Voketa to access and process information from those services as described in our Privacy Policy. For LinkedIn, this includes posting on your behalf and, if approved, fetching analytics for your posts. Third-party terms govern their services; we are not responsible for them. You can disconnect at any time to stop access.

Termination

• You may stop using the service and cancel at any time.
• We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms, abusive behavior, or legal risk. We will attempt notice when reasonable.
• Upon termination, your right to use the service ends, but sections on ownership, disclaimers, limitations, and indemnity survive.

Disclaimers

• Voketa is provided “as is.” We do not guarantee job offers, specific reach, or results on LinkedIn.
• Drafts and recommendations may contain errors or may not be appropriate for every situation. You are responsible for reviewing before publishing.
• We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free service, though we strive for reliability.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Voketa and its affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits, revenue, data, or use. Our aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the greater of the amount you paid Voketa in the 3 months preceding the claim or $100.

Indemnification

You agree to defend and indemnify Voketa against claims arising from your content, misuse of the service, or violation of these Terms or applicable law.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms. If changes are material, we will provide notice (e.g., email or in-product). Continued use after the effective date means you accept the revised Terms.
